What ingredients are in your soap?
Our soaps are made by Cold process, which uses saponified vegetable oils and butters, essential oils, cosmetic grade mineral and natural colours and natural exfoliants. Our soaps do not contain any synthetic fragrances or additives.

Are your soaps vegan?
We have a wide range of vegan soaps, but we also stock some vegetarian soaps containing goats milk. We do not use animal fat in any of our soap. Please check ingredient list prior to purchasing. For any concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Do your soaps contain Palm oil?
Our soaps are palm-free, due to sustainability concerns. We believe we have created an equally luxurious soap bar compared to most palm-based soaps.

What are the small spots on my soap?
As the soaps are handmade, some tiny air bubbles may occur during the soap making process. These are completely safe and does not affect the quality of the soaps.

What makes your soap different?
Our soaps are made with a unique blend of oils, butters, essential oil and natural colours to produce a well balanced, creamy and luxurious bars. Using the Cold process way, we keep in the lovely moisturising glycerin that some commercial soaps remove.

How do I take care of my soaps?
Our soaps are best kept dry between uses, by being stored on a draining soap dish to keep the soap dry.

BODY CARE

Are your body care products vegan?
We have a wide range of vegan body care products, but we also stock some vegetarian products containing beeswax. We do not use any animal fat in any of our body care products. Please check ingredient list prior to purchasing. For any concerns, please feel free to contact us.

What ingredients are in your body care products?Most of our unique blends of body care products are made using vegetable oils and butters and Essential oils. Some of our products contain beeswax for moisture and hardness. Our Shampoo and conditioner bars are made with gentle cleansers and conditioners, without sulfates, parabens and pthalates. Please see individual product descriptions for a full list of ingredients.

How do I store my body care products?
Due to our products containing vegetable oils and butters, please store in a cool dry place, in its packaging. Our shampoo and conditioner bars are best kept dry between uses, by being stored on a draining soap dish to keep them dry.

Can I stock your soaps in my store?
Yes. Please contact us by email - latherandbliss@gmail.com. Please note large orders of soap will require a 6 week waiting period due to the nature of Cold process soap (the soaps take at least 6 weeks to cure)

Can I make custom orders for gifts/hampers?
Yes. Please contact us by email - latherandbliss@gmail.com. As we are a handmade business, we can tailor a specific scent profile and aesthetic for your soaps and body care. For soaps, there is a minimum order of 10 soaps for custom orders. Please note custom orders of soap will require a 6 week waiting period due to the nature of Cold process soap (the soaps take at least 6 weeks to cure).
